The Wilton Classic and Supercar has now become a staple fixture in the petrolheads diary. Sponsored by Castrol Edge, the event provided Exhaust Notes with some outstanding photo opportunities with the rarest and most desirable cars around. Exhaust Notes Editor Luke Edwards reviews the action from this outstanding Wiltshire car event.
Fast becoming the West's answer to the Goodwood Revival, the Autumn Classic at Castle Combe Racing Circuit is a must attend event. Featuring some close quarter battles on track with the most exclusive of racing machines, huge car club attendances, displays, shopping areas and an air of days gone by.
In the Exhaust Notes office we had a think as to the best car events we could recommend in our local patch. We have come up with our top events for 2016 in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and the Forest of Dean.
Race Retro is always a great way to begin the Motorsport year in the UK and 2016 was no exception. Group B rally cars, Formula 1 heroes and a fantastic line up of cars in the Silverstone Auction made for a special event.
